9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, any accumulated Abyssal Pearls will be immediately forfeit, as they hold no real-world value.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of The Encore Abyss shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Barcelona, Spain.
